Policies

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the booked service.

Cancellations & no-shows

Improper booking

If the wrong service is booked, every effort will be made to do as much as possible within the time available. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge.

Late arrivals

If you're running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule the service to keep the rest of the day on track.

Service re-do’s

Refunds are not issued on any services. Adjustments are available within 10 days of the initial appointment. Colour fees may apply for re-dos, depending on the situation.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit secures colour and colour-correction appointments and is applied toward your final service.

Product exchanges & returns

Product Exchanges/Returns must be done within 14 days of the purchase. The product must be unused and unopened.
